Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
By using TripBondhu (WhatsApp bot and website), you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or receive WhatsApp updates. Anyone younger may use TripBondhu only through an account that a parent or legal guardian sets up and manages.
Service
TripBondhu provides WhatsApp trip planning, group trip pods, itinerary export, booking helpers, and optional leave-by, check-in and pickup reminders for milestones you create or approve.
AI suggestions
Itineraries, stay picks, timings, visa notes and other suggestions are drafted with the help of an AI model and can be wrong or out of date. Treat them as a starting point: verify prices, availability, opening hours, transport times and entry rules with the provider or official source before you book or travel.
Affiliate disclosure
TripBondhu is free to use. We earn a commission from partners (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Klook, MakeMyTrip and Cleartrip, through networks like Travelpayouts, Stay22 and Cuelinks) when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change the price you pay. Prices, availability, taxes, fees and booking conditions are set by the partner, can change at any time, and are confirmed only on the partner's site at checkout. We show partner links on the web planner and in WhatsApp messages and label them; we do not make promotional calls.
Prices and currencies
Prices on TripBondhu are indicative per-person ranges, not quotes or offers. We work them out in one base currency and convert them to the currency you choose at daily reference exchange rates, rounded, so they can differ from what a partner charges. The booking site's price, currency, taxes and fees at checkout are what you pay. Your bank or card may add foreign-exchange fees.
Visas, entry rules and travel advice
Entry information is a general guide for the passport you select and can change without notice. It does not cover every situation (for example dual nationality, residence permits, transit rules, onward-ticket or vaccination requirements). Always confirm requirements with the official government source or embassy before you book or travel. Check your own government's travel advice for your destination. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and insurance.
Bookings with partners
When you book through a partner link, your contract is with that partner (for example a hotel, airline, tour operator or booking site) and their terms, cancellation and refund policies apply. TripBondhu is not a travel agent, tour operator or package organiser and does not take payments for travel.
Acceptable use
- Personal / friend / family trip planning only
- No spam, bulk messaging abuse, telemarketing, or sales dialers
- No attempts to misuse WhatsApp groups or APIs
Consent
Messaging the bot or verifying your number on WhatsApp lets us reply to you there. Reminders, deals and other updates are sent only if you switch them on. Send STOP at any time to turn them off and START to turn them back on. A trip buddy is contacted only after they reply ALLOW. Our privacy notice explains how we record and honour these choices.
Fair-use
We may apply rate limits to protect infrastructure costs. Limits are not a product paywall.
Disclaimer
Travel information can change. To the extent the law allows, TripBondhu is not liable for missed flights, hotel issues, partner booking terms, or losses caused by relying on prices, schedules or entry information shown on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded where you live.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we handle your data, how long we keep it, and how to download or delete it.
