Delete account

You can download a copy of your data or delete your TripBondhu account at any time. Deleting is permanent and takes effect immediately.

Only used the WhatsApp bot?

1. Send STOP to turn off reminders and updates straight away (START turns them back on)
2. To delete everything, email privacy@tripbondhu.com or message us on WhatsApp from the number you used. We confirm the request comes from that number and delete within 7 days

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in sessions, profile and notification choices
• Saved tripboards, and your membership and stay votes on friends' trips
• WhatsApp trips you started, chat memory, reminders and fare alerts
• Booking files you uploaded, including uploads to friends' trips
• Your name and number on group trips others own (expense splits stay balanced under an anonymous stand-in)
• Support requests, reviews, our log of messages we sent you and analytics tied to your account

We keep one record that the account was deleted, without your phone number or email, as proof we honoured the request. Server security logs roll off within a year. Booking sites and Meta (WhatsApp) keep their own records under their own policies. See our privacy notice for details.
